A Vancouver Police Department constable, and also the CEO of KidsPlay Youth Foundation, Kal Dosanjh has been arrested and charged with stealing and defrauding 19 people of about $3 million since 2017 through schemes related to property development, and using the money belonging to his youth organization for fraudulent purposes. He has been put on an unpaid leave pending the completion of the investigations as there is a suspicion of more victims.
